Is the travel insurance really comprehensive?
Yes: cancellation/interruption up to €5,000-10,000, medical expenses abroad up to €150,000, unlimited repatriation, flight delay, lost/stolen luggage, snow/mountain (ski pass, equipment). Activated simply by paying for the trip with the card.
How do I access airport lounges?

Can I easily upgrade from Classic to Gold?
Yes, upgrade request via app or client area. New Gold Card sent free of charge within 5-7 days. Previous Classic contract automatically terminated with no fees. Limits and benefits updated immediately.
Can the Gold Card be used abroad without fees?
Payments free in the eurozone. Outside the eurozone: reduced fees (approx. 1.5-1.8% + fixed amount, often cheaper than Classic). ATM withdrawals: moderate fees (often free in certain partner networks abroad).
