We finance up to 110% of the project (including notary fees) for first-time buyers under income and property conditions. For rental investment, a down payment of 10–20% is usually required.
Can notary fees be included in the loan?
Yes, in most cases we include acquisition costs (notary + mortgage registration) in the total borrowed amount, which significantly reduces the required down payment.
Do you offer zero-interest loans or government-backed schemes?
Yes, we offer government-backed schemes (PTZ equivalent or regional aids) in eligible areas (new build and major renovation of existing property). Contact us to check your eligibility.
What happens in case of early repayment or sale?
Our loans include an early repayment indemnity (ERI) capped at 3% of remaining capital or 6 months of interest. It is often waived in cases of death, unemployment, professional relocation, etc.
