Who is the Business Card intended for?
For all businesses (sole trader, LLC, SA, association, liberal profession…) and associations. Ideal for managing expenses of managing directors, employees, sales reps or freelancers (travel, office supplies, SaaS subscriptions, etc.).
How much does the Business Card cost?
From €15 excl. VAT / month per physical card. Decreasing rates starting from 5 cards (e.g. €12/card from 10, €10 from 20). Unlimited virtual cards included at no extra cost. No setup fees or account maintenance fees.
Can different limits and rules be set per employee?
Yes, fully customizable from the admin dashboard: daily/monthly/category limit (e.g. €500 fuel, €200 meals), blocking of certain expense types (gambling, casinos, crypto), prior approval for large amounts.
How are receipts managed?
Each user photographs receipts/tickets directly in the mobile app. Automatic linking to the expense. Export possible with attachments for accounting. Huge time savings on expense reports.
Is there integration with accounting software?
Yes: monthly automatic export in CSV, PDF or directly to QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, EBP, Cegid, Pennylane, etc. Automatic AI categorization of expenses (travel, supplies, meals, advertising…).
Are virtual cards really unlimited?
Yes, unlimited and free creation of virtual cards (unique number, expiry, CVV) for SaaS subscriptions, online purchases, Facebook/Google Ads, external freelancers. Each card can have its own limit and rules.
Is there cashback or a loyalty program?
Yes, cashback up to 2% on certain categories (office supplies, fuel, business travel, digital advertising) with our partners (Amazon Business, Google Ads, TotalEnergies, etc.). Credited monthly to the business account.
